Just to remind you about our October SSGPN meeting, which will be on Wednesday October 9th at Summerfield Healthcare as usual. Caroline Freeman will be talking to us on “Perinatal mental health – not just the Baby Blues.” Please could you reply to Fintan, so he can let the venue know how many will be coming, as I will be away next week.
Our November meeting will be an update on appraisal and revalidation from our own Ed Penman.
Also, for your information, this autumn’s Shropshire CCG PLT events are coming up. The topics will be the Big 6 (managing acute paediatric illness) and a level 3 safeguarding update. The dates are: Thursday 3rd October (South locality); Thursday 17th October (Shrewsbury locality); Thursday 24th October (North locality), all from approximately 2-5pm, and sessional GPs are welcome to attend any of the events. Please contact the relevant locality manager if you would like to attend.
