Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) are very important issues in the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Integrated Care System (ICS). As part of our EDI work we’re very keen to understand the experiences of ALL staff working across our 51 GP practices around issues of ethnic diversity. We would urge you to spend a few minutes completing this survey. We hope the results will help us improve your working lives and shape our support networks.
This survey is open to all staff who work within GP practices, whether temporarily or permanently, so please do share this with all members of your team. The more responses we get, the more we can help ensure our system is informed on such an important workstream.
