A reminder about our upcoming meeting in September – only 2 weeks away! This month’s meeting will be on Wednesday 11th September, 6.30 for 7pm as usual, at Summerfield Healthcare (directions attached). The topic will be that postponed from July ie Dr Gill Clements talking on the role of the MacMillan GP, end of life care planning and the new ReSPECT form and process.

For your diaries, on October 9th, Dr Caroline Freeman, the Shropshire perinatal mental health champion, will be talking on Perinatal Mental Health – More Than Just Baby Blues. We have yet to confirm a meeting for November (suggestions or offers to organise gratefully received!) but in December Dr Faye Gallagher has kindly organised a meeting on Pain Management in association with the Nuffield hospital. This will be on Wednesday 4th December at Shrewsbury Town FC – more details nearer the time.
